Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience, Preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheet and word processing software, Advanced, Required.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics, Beginner, Required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer relationship activities with proactive management and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization for lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policy and processes optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate PM scheduling, follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician planning.
