Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer interface and proactive management to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental and maintenance teams to optimize costs and asset utilization.
• Assist Sales in customer calls to grow business and satisfaction.
• Ensure PM scheduling, track breakdowns, and status updates for vehicles.
