Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheet and word processing.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationship activities with proactive management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization for lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
• Ensure policies to optimize costs and maintenance are followed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
