Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer relationship activities including proactive management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization while serving lease customers.
• Partner with Sales to support new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
• Ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize costs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for customer satisfaction.
