XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Management Trainee in Tennessee for a 12-month rotational program.

You’ll work on the dock with frontline teams and rotate through major functions, including field operations and maintenance, earning CDL and forklift certifications along the way. The program emphasizes leadership development, hands-on experience, and a pathway to frontline supervisory roles within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• High stamina, adaptability and grit required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to relocate within the region after program.

Responsibilities

• Work long, active days on the dock with frontline teams.
• Participate in a 12-month Operations rotational program across all major functions.
• Complete CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn foundational functions of each rotation.
• Deliver leadership training to prepare for dock leadership.
• Collaborate with freight operations supervisors and field leaders.
• Report progress to the program manager and mentor.
• Meet weekly goals and milestones.
• Proactively learn XPO operations via resources and hands-on experience.
