XPO is seeking an Operations Management Trainee in the United States to join a 12-month rotational program designed for candidates with limited or no direct operations experience.

You will rotate across field operations, linehaul, maintenance and support functions, gaining hands-on leadership skills, CDL and forklift certifications, and a capstone project to demonstrate readiness for frontline leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Relocate within region upon successful completion of the program.
• Obtain all required certifications, including CDL and forklift certification.
• Develop and deliver a Capstone project at program end.

Mansioni

• Long, active days on the dock with frontline teams in a demanding environment.
• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across major functions.
• Participate in CDL school and forklift certification during the program.
• Learn and perform foundational job functions across rotations.
• Complete leadership training to prepare for frontline leadership.
