Job summary

QXO is seeking participants for its Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience to develop future branch and operations leaders in its Los Angeles area offices.

The program combines learning modules, on-the-job rotations, and leadership projects, offering exposure to regional initiatives, inventory, staffing, and cost control, with opportunities to move into Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational and strategic projects using data to identify trends and improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Share insights with regional and branch leaders to influence decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to advance forecasting, staffing, service levels, inventory health, and cost control.
• Serve as a community engagement ambassador and strengthen partnerships with local associations.
• Champion technology advancement and process improvements aligned with corporate initiatives.
