Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in the United States offers an Operations Leadership Program (OLP), a structured 3‑year path with three 12‑month rotations in NC, IN, GA, TN, TX and/or FL. Associates will relocate between rotations while building a strong operations foundation.

You will gain hands‑on manufacturing, supply chain, and continuous improvement experience, supported by mentors from Carrier leadership and cross‑functional exposure to global business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years and up to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management or construction.
• Master’s Degree Candidate currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and have a GPA ≥ 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Join Carrier's Operations Leadership Program and engage in front‑line, hands‑on assignments.
• Complete three 12‑month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida.
• Relocate between rotations and develop a cross‑functional network while learning lean principles.
• Receive mentoring from Carrier Operations Leaders and contribute to continuous improvement.
