Job summary

Carrier is seeking a high‑potential candidate for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP). The three‑year program includes three 12‑month rotations across multiple U.S. sites.

You will engage teams, deploy improvements and develop strong cross‑functional networks while growing in manufacturing and operations leadership. You’ll build experience in supply chain, quality, EH&S and manufacturing, with mentoring from senior leaders and opportunities to earn a Carrier Excellence Certificate.

Qualifications

• Geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be ≥ 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Engage people, strategize and deploy initiatives across rotations.
• Develop a cross‑functional network and learn core manufacturing concepts.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor others.
