Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in the United States offers a three‑year Operations Leadership Program with three 12‑month rotations across NC, IN, GA, TN, TX or FL. Associates must relocate between rotations and build a broad operations platform.

You will engage cross‑functional teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and gain mentoring from Operations leaders while developing manufacturing, sourcing and Lean knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction.
• Master’s degree candidate currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or higher and US work eligibility without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Join a three‑year program with three 12‑month rotations across NC, IN, GA, TN, TX or FL.
• Geographic relocation is required between rotations.
• Build a well‑rounded operations platform and develop cross‑functional networks.
• Engage on engagement teams and receive mentoring from operations leaders.
