Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
0-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain with willingness to relocate between sites.

Responsibilities

Lead a manufacturing team, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while managing hourly employees.
Manage inventory, production planning, procurement coordination, and distribution network operations across sites.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving methodologies, impacting KPIs and financial performance.
Participate in structured development including operations and manufacturing leadership training, Lean manufacturing methods, and performance management.
Engage with an executive mentor and program sponsor to support career growth and leadership development.
