Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain.
• Willingness to relocate between sites as part of the program.
• Strong leadership potential and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3–4 rotational assignments across manufacturing and supply chain operations with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Lead production/operations, materials, distribution center, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Receive structured development including leadership training, Lean and Six Sigma, and financial performance management.
• Be paired with an executive mentor and program sponsor to support career growth.
