• Willingness to relocate to one of our plants or distribution centers in North America and our Lakeville, MN campus during the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year Operations Leadership Development Program with four rotations at two locations.
• Rotations may include Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Packaging Engineer, CI Engineer, Production Planner, Quality Food Safety Engineer, Project Engineer, Master Supply Planner.
• End with placement into an Operations Supervisor role at a manufacturing site.
