Emerson's Leadership Development Program in the United States invites ambitious individuals to rotate through manufacturing and supply chain roles, gaining increasing responsibility and real business impact. Participants work on operations leadership, materials & supply chain management, distribution center operations, and continuous improvement, supported by an executive mentor and program sponsor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or Business.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain.
• Willingness to relocate between sites as part of the program.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3–4 rotational assignments across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Lead a manufacturing team and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Gain exposure to warehouse management, logistics, and service level performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving methods.
• Each participant is paired with an executive mentor and program sponsor.
