• Willing to rotate annually to new U.S. locations and be mobile for 3 years.
• U.S. person eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Prior internship, co-op, or practical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in hands-on assignments across manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain.
• Lead projects aimed at improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
• Rotate to two U.S. locations in years 1–2, then a third location in year 3.
• Pursue development with a clear path to leadership roles at Donaldson plants.
