Job summary

QXO is offering a one-year Emerging Leaders Development Program designed to develop branch and operations leaders through learning, rotations, mentorship, and capstone projects, with opportunities to advance to Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Participants will join a high-performing cohort, access an enterprise leadership network, and work on initiatives such as inventory analysis, workforce enablement, forecasting, and technology-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 1–2 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations and future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end using data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Help shape business decisions by sharing insights with regional leadership.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, service levels, inventory health, and cost control.
