QXO is seeking candidates for the Emerging Leaders Development Program, a one-year rotational experience designed to develop future managers in operations. Participants will gain hands-on experience and mentorship, leading to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager.

The program includes learning modules, on-the-job rotations, and leadership projects, emphasizing operational knowledge and management skills while supporting strategic company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end.
• Share insights and recommendations with regional and branch leaders.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a strong workforce.
• Recommend process and workflow changes for improvement.
• Work with leaders to advance initiatives in forecasting and cost control.
