Carrier Global Corporation seeks high-potential early-career professionals for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP). This three-year program offers three 12-month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida, with required relocation between rotations and mentoring from Operations Leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years & maximum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities management, or Construction.
• Master’s Degree Candidate currently enrolled in a graduate program with Expected Graduation: Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead three 12-month rotations located in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida.
• Associates will be required to change geographic locations between each rotation.
• Develop a cross-functional network and receive mentoring from Carrier Operations Leaders.
