Job summary

Carrier invites highly motivated graduates to join a three-year Operations Leadership Program. The program features three 12-month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida, with required relocation between rotations.

Participants will build a broad operations foundation through manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities exposure. You will gain mentorship from senior leaders, work on cross-functional teams, and pursue continuous improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years, max 3 years, in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction.
• Master’s Degree Candidate currently enrolled and eligible to start in June 2027.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA requirement: 3.0 or higher.
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Build a well-rounded platform to develop an exciting career in operations.
• Lead the deployment of the continuous improvement operating system across factories.
• Support global sourcing and supplier development initiatives; learn lean principles.
• Develop cross-functional networks and receive mentorship from operations leaders.
