Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is launching its Operations Leadership Program (OLP), a three-year, three-rotation pathway designed to fast-track future leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

Participants will rotate across NC, IN, GA, TN, TX and FL, build cross-functional networks, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship while pursuing Carrier Excellence and lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years & maximum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities management, or Construction or Master’s Degree candidate currently enrolled in a graduate program with Expected Graduation: Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations
• To be eligible for the program, you must be able to start the Leadership Program in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in three 12-month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida, with required geographic changes between rotations
• Engage teams, strategize and deploy initiatives within Carrier Operations and Lean principles
• Receive mentoring from Operations Leaders and build a cross-functional network
• Support global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives
