Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations on the facilities floor with team members.
• Guide daily priorities and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct safety walks and audits to maintain standards of safety and quality.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop leadership capabilities.
• Participate in internship rotations to gain broader business acumen.
