Job summary

Target is offering a paid Operations Internship in Cedar Falls, IA. This 40-hour-per-week program provides hands-on leadership experience in our supply chain facility. You will collaborate with managers, mentor teammates, and learn to drive daily priorities while focusing on safety and productivity.

You will develop skills in team leadership, problem solving, and operations best practices, under the guidance of mentors and site leadership, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
