Job summary

Target is seeking an Operations Intern to gain hands-on leadership experience within a Target Supply Chain Facility. This paid internship runs 40 hours per week and exposes you to real operations management, mentoring by seasoned leaders, and cross-functional collaboration to drive results.

You will learn to lead a team, solve problems, and apply CI methods while maintaining safety and quality. Strong communication and a desire to grow in retail operations are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily priorities with the operations team.
