Job summary

Target is seeking an Operations Intern for our Supply Chain Facilities. This paid 40 hr/week internship develops leadership and operations management skills alongside mentors. You will learn to lead a team, manage daily priorities, and drive safety and productivity.

You'll gain real-world experience across inbound/outbound, warehousing, and CI initiatives, while benefiting from comprehensive training and developmental conversations with mentors and managers.

Qualifications

• Participation in school activities with leadership roles is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a frontline operations team to meet daily priorities.
• Learn and apply CI methods to improve processes and safety.
• Assist with daily planning, shift coverage, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with mentors and managers to develop leadership skills.
• Contribute to safety walks and quality checks on the floor.
• Participate in internship trainings and development activities.
