Job summary

Target is offering an Operations Intern role in Kentucky as part of our Supply Chain Internship program. This paid, full-time internship provides hands-on training to develop and prepare for operations leadership, with opportunities to lead a department and mentor teammates.

You will work closely with a mentor, learn to problem-solve, and gain insights into how Target’s supply chain operates across inbound/outbound and warehousing functions.

Qualifications

• Paid, full-time internship with hands-on operations leadership training.
• Experience leading a team within a Target Supply Chain Facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the facilities floor helping to lead amongst team members and aligning the team in daily business priorities.
• Leading through daily priorities and coaching team members to meet goals.
• Maintaining high standards of quality/inventory accuracy through standard works and process discipline.
• Tracking KPIs such as safety and productivity to identify gaps and drive actions.
