Target is offering a paid Supply Chain Operations Internship, a 40 hr./week hands-on program designed to develop future operations leaders. As an Operations Intern you’ll gain a realistic preview of life as an Operations Manager, working closely with managers and team members to lead, motivate and influence a team, with potential to lead a department.

You’ll learn problem solving, leadership, and how to drive results while prioritizing safety and productivity to get products to guests quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a team culture across the building.
• Problem solving and change management skills.
• Knowledge of retail business fundamentals and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on daily priorities and plan shift goals.
