Job summary

Target is offering an Operations Intern program in its supply chain facilities. This paid, 40 hr/week internship focuses on developing leadership skills while you work alongside managers and team members to master daily operations and efficiency.

You will learn problem-solving, mentoring, and how to drive productivity, safety, and quality in a fast-paced retail environment. A mentor will guide you, with extensive training provided to help you grow as a future leader.

Qualifications

• Student/internship in operations or supply chain programs is expected.
• Strong communication and leadership potential for team environments.
• Interest in retail supply chain and ability to learn quickly.
