Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations on the floor with the team.
• Assist in planning department workloads to meet priorities and goals.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and Operations to resolve system issues in the WMS.
• Participate in daily planning meetings and communicate results.
