RRD is hiring an Associate - Operations-Leadership program in Durham, NC for February 2027. This full-time, twelve-month training program prepares you for an operational leadership position in our manufacturing facilities across the United States.

The program rotates through manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources and finance, with shadowing and hands-on responsibilities. A bachelor's degree and strong computer skills are required, and a manufacturing internship is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High energy level and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and six core plant functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and then perform in those roles for a period of time to complete each rotation.
• Assist Plant Leaders in the everyday functions of the facility as learning opportunities arise.
• Attend plant meetings both internal and external.
• Continue to read publications about the print and manufacturing industries to increase understanding of the field.
