Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business-related fields or related experience.
- Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
- Internship in manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Learn production rotations across six core plant functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, HR, and finance.
- Shadow roles and perform in rotations to complete each stage.
- Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as opportunities arise.
- Attend internal and external plant meetings.
- Read industry publications to increase manufacturing knowledge.
