Job summary

RR Donnelley is launching an Operations Associate Development Program in Durham, NC for February 2027. The twelve-month, full-time training prepares you for leadership roles across manufacturing facilities in the United States.

The program blends hands-on rotations with exposure to manufacturing processes and business functions. The program requires a Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields, strong computer skills, and a proactive, high-energy work ethic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow positions in roles and perform in those rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions and seize learning opportunities.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read industry publications to deepen understanding of print and manufacturing.
