Job summary

RRD Company in Durham, NC seeks an entry-level Operations Associate Development Program. This full-time, twelve-month training path prepares you for an operational leadership position in one of our manufacturing facilities across the United States.

The program covers manufacturing, logistics, operations, admin, HR and finance rotations, and requires a bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills. February 2027 cohort in Durham.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Motivated to succeed and able to meet deadlines.
• High energy, customer service orientation, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in those roles during rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read industry publications to deepen manufacturing knowledge.
