Job summary

RRD is launching an entry-level Operations Leadership Development program to train for a future leadership role in our manufacturing facilities across the United States. It is a 12-month, full-time program with rotations through manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.

The program begins in February 2027 in Angola, IN, with mentorship from plant leaders and hands-on rotations to build core business and process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Motivated to succeed and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of basic business practices
• High energy level, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic
• Self-Confident
• Written and Verbal communication prowess
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow role-specific positions and perform in those roles during rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions as opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Keep abreast of publications on print and manufacturing industries.
