Job summary

RRD is seeking an Associate for an Operations-Leadership program in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time, twelve-month training program prepares you for an operational leadership role across our manufacturing facilities in the United States. February 2027 start date for the Philadelphia cohort.

The role includes learning manufacturing, logistics, and finance, with rotations and shadowing to build hands-on expertise. A bachelor's degree and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Internship in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in those roles during rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read publications to stay current on print and manufacturing industries.
