Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in distribution/production.
• 5+ years in management role.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, HR laws/regulations, and employee relations.
• Experience managing other managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, distribution, and plant operations to ensure safe, accurate, timely, and cost-effective product delivery.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA, DOT, and safety program compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, equipment performance, and order fulfillment standards.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, technology, and facilities.
• Manage operating costs, labor performance, and capital budgets; address overruns.
