Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for the 2nd shift to oversee the safe receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials to customers.

This role provides leadership across operations, production, warehouse, and logistics to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Ideal candidates have at least five years in distribution/production and three years in a supervisory role, with knowledge of industrial engineering and HR regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in distribution/production.
• Minimum 3 (3) years of experience in management/supervisory position.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, human resources laws and regulations, and employee relations skills.
• Experience managing others/supervisors/leads.

Responsibilities

• Manages all plant distribution efforts to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintains standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance.
• Develops, monitors, and reports operating costs; alerts management to overruns.
• Ensures orders are fulfilled to specifications; enforces quality processes.
• Advises supervisors on safety, scheduling, training, and employee relations.
