Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the safe receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials, ensuring workplace safety and asset security.

The role leads the Operations Team, collaborates with sales and other departments, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in business, industrial engineering, distribution or related field
• Experience in distribution/production (10+ years) and management (5+ years)
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, HR laws and regulations, and employee relations

Responsibilities

• Manage plant distribution to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance; guide asset investments.
• Monitor operating costs and report variances; propose solutions.
• Ensure orders meet specifications and quality standards; enforce quality processes.
• Oversee labor issues, safety, scheduling, and training; enforce company policy.
• Manage budget and control expenses; supervise staff and develop leaders.
• Provide site leadership and drive continuous improvement; align with sales and other departments.
• Set department goals and lead quarterly reviews; drive productivity improvements.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
