Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Colorado facility. You will lead a team, supervise receiving, storage, and shipping, and ensure safety and accuracy to meet deadlines.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and organizational skills. Competitive hourly compensation with comprehensive benefits will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years steel production environment experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.
• Solid computer, MS Office skills are a must.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills are practical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring effective team management.
• Oversee materials handling, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as necessary for daily operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Assist with training and development of staff in safety and job responsibilities.
