Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and on-time delivery of materials across our distribution network.

You will enforce safety standards, manage budgets, and lead the site leadership team to maximize productivity and maintain asset integrity. The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and collaboration with sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Formación

• BS or BA degree in business, industrial engineering, distribution or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution/production.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management/supervisory position.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, HR laws and regulations.
• Experience managing other managers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and asset protection compliance.
• Develop and monitor operating costs; alert management to overruns.
• Guide budgeting and capital planning within Operations.
• Lead the site leadership team and drive productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assign and develop staff; enforce company policies and practices.
