Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in a structured 12-18 month Career Development Program. You will rotate through branch operations, learn from leadership, and participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to prepare for future operations leadership roles.

The program focuses on warehouse basics, customer service, and management skills, with a capstone project presented to senior leadership upon completion.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon program completion.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and lead a team.
• Strong communication skills with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a 12-18 month Career Development Program with on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development.
• Engages in rotational assignments across branch operations, learning business systems and processes.
• Receives dedicated resources (Mentor, Advocate, coaches) to ensure a successful long-term career path.
• Presents a capstone project to White Cap leadership, gaining exposure across the company.
