Job summary

White Cap is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee for its Career Development Program in the United States. The role offers on‑the‑job training, job shadowing, and leadership development over 12–18 months, with exposure to warehouse operations, customer service and management.

Participants will rotate through branch segments, receive dedicated resources, and follow a tailored learning curriculum with leadership sessions and systems training.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus and ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Experience leading or building a team and strong communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
