Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of a 12–18 month Career Development Program.

The role features on‑the‑job training, leadership development, and partnership with a manager to accelerate your career along a structured path. You will rotate through different branch operations areas, gain exposure to customer service, systems, and management, and receive dedicated resources to support your long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with the ability to partner with customers to develop value‑added solutions and lead or build a team.
• Strong communication skills and comfort conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across branch operations with on‑the‑job training.
