White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is recruiting an Operations Leader Trainee to join the Career Development Program. You will participate in 12–18 months of training with rotations through branch operations, on-the-job learning, and leadership development sessions.

You will work closely with a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and coaches, culminating in a capstone project presented to senior leadership. This role is on-site in California with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong operations focus and experience leading or coordinating teams.
