Job summary

White Cap in Texas is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee to join its Career Development Program. You will participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partner with your manager to build skills over 12-18 months, from warehouse basics to customer service and management.

The program offers rotational assignments, an inclusive career experience with mentors, a tailored learning curriculum, and exposure to senior leadership, culminating in a capstone project

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus, including having the ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and experience leading or building a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across branch business with on-the-job training to learn systems and processes.
• Inclusive career experience with dedicated resources to support a long-term career path at White Cap.
• Tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training for future operations leaders.
• Robust support system with a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and process coaches for training.
• Exposure to Senior Leadership at White Cap throughout the program.
