White Cap is recruiting for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of its Career Development Program in the United States. You’ll engage in on-the-job training, rotational assignments across branch operations, and leadership development to accelerate your career in distribution and operations.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus and capability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Experience leading or building a team and strong communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes, as well as company culture.

• Participates in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training focused on developing future operations leaders for opportunities that best match your interests, skills and abilities.
