Job summary

White Cap is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee in Houston as part of a structured 12–18 month training program. You will participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development while rotating through different branch operations to learn systems and processes.

You’ll work with mentors and leaders to develop the skills for a long-term career path, including capstone projects and exposure to senior leadership at White Cap.

Qualifications

• Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Ability to lead or build a team and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across branch operations to learn systems and processes.
• Engage in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions.
• Collaborate with mentors and leaders to complete capstone project.
• Capstone presentation to White Cap leadership.
