White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of its Career Development Program. The 12-18 month training covers warehouse basics, customer service, and future leadership responsibilities across branches.

Participants engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development sessions with dedicated mentors and regional advocates to accelerate a long-term operations career with White Cap.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across branch operations and training.
• Learn business systems, processes and company culture through hands-on sessions.
• Engage in leadership development and a tailored learning curriculum.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership at program end.
