Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of a 12-18 month development program. You will rotate through core branch operations, learn customer service, and gain leadership experience with on-the-job training.

The program includes mentorship from a Regional Advocate, a tailored curriculum, and opportunities to work with senior leaders as you build a long-term career with White Cap.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership potential or prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to relocate after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions.
• Learn business systems, processes, and company culture through hands-on training.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from Regional Advocates and process coaches.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership for exposure across the company.
