Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Dr Phillips, FL studio to lead training, operations, and client experience while motivating the team to achieve excellence. This role balances leadership, sales support, and hands-on operations to deliver five-star service.

You will drive KPI achievement, partner with the GM on goals, and foster growth within a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience required.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff needs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality client service by modeling Restore's hospitality standards.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and compliance.
• Support KPI achievement by aiding sales, marketing and operations.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the GM.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
• Uphold brand standards across facility presentation.
