Responsibilities

• Make day-to-day operational decisions and escalate only when leadership involvement is needed.
• Supervise and support clinical and support teams with daily workflows.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing home and community-based services.
• Implement budgeting, accounting, and staff orientation aligned with policies and laws.
